We have on-site experienced vascular sonographers who perform cost-effective, convenient vascular diagnostic ultrasound right in our office. WHO WE ARE
Lindsey Castagna, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC is the owner of Venaflux, PLLC, located in Hendersonville, North Carolina, and is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC). Lindsey obtained her Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing from Western Carolina University and received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Vanderbilt University. She is a member of the American Vein & Lymphatic Society (AVLS). She is an experienced vein and vascular specialist trained by board-certified vascular surgeons, general surgeons, and interventional cardiologists. She has extensive training in the management of vein and vascular diseases as well as performing in-office procedures such as endovenous ablation, ambulatory phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy. Her skills and experience in minimally invasive endovenous procedures have led to reduced procedure times and promoted faster recovery times for patients. Lindsey loves the challenges of complex patient presentations and can provide her critical care knowledge to develop plans of care to get her patients back to their highest quality of life. Most of her patients have seen multiple healthcare providers before it was discovered that they have a vascular component contributing to their symptoms, especially on the venous side. Lindsey enjoys working with her patients to help them discover their underlying medical issues and together finding the best treatment options to improve their overall health. Lindsey is excited to be returning to her hometown of Hendersonville, NC and loves that she can continue to serve her community that she grew up in.

Madison Carter is the Office Manager for Venaflux, PLLC. She brings a great deal of professional experience with over a decade of working in the healthcare field. She organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety for our patients. Madison oversees communication protocols, streamlines administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. Her favorite part of working at Venaflux, is the opportunity to work with patients and get to know them on a personal level. Madison wears many hats to tackle the challenges and hurdles at Venaflux to support our patients and promote practice growth. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and all her animals.
